He was a Researcher and Technical Analyst with the National ICT Centre of the Ministry of Public Administration (Trinidad & Tobago), Contributed to the development of several government policies regarding e-Business, e-Content, e-Government, SMEs and other ICT related areas, Associate Consultant with INFOCOMM Technologies (ICT) Limited (Trinidad &Tobago) and has developed expertise in ICT development issues especially as they relate to best practices, strategy and policy in emerging markets and Caribbean economies, has technical knowledge of Geographical Information Systems, Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS), satellite remote sensing, internet technologies and computer networks.
In 2008 James Antoine was a post graduate at the International Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), Enschede. 2003-2007 he attended the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, Trinidad, and Mr. Antoine continues to build his career at INFOCOMM Technologies Ltd. as an Consultant.
From his educational background James brings technical knowledge of Geographical Information Systems, Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS), satellite remote sensing, internet technologies and computer networks. In addition to this, he has acquired skills in spatial data analysis, software engineering and is a competent programmer in functional and object oriented programming languages as C, C++, Java and Python.
